Level 3 : Strong Vinyasa
Recommended for routine practitioners, who are looking to explore more advanced postures
and dynamic sequences. This class builds upon our Open Level class, experience a creative flow
interwoven with arm balances, inversions, pranayama (breath work), mantra (chanting), and
more! Perfect for intermediate yogis trying to take their practice to the next level.
Level 2 : Open Flow
An open level vinyasa flow for students familiar with basic poses, looking for a creative, fun and
flowing sequence. Find a strong connection between breath and movement to relax the mind
while energizing the body. In this practice, sun salutations, inversions and intermediate poses
are introduced. Students are encouraged to modify and take variations if needed.
Level 1 & 1|2 : Slow Flow
Learn to move slow, as you practice controlled fluidity, mindful transitions, and long holds. This
transformative class calms the mind and deconstructs patterns of muscle tension in areas of the
body that hold the most stress. Our instructors are skilled at catering to practitioners at any
level by offering modifications. This class will meet each student in their comfort zone and
encourage them to explore their practice more deeply. Slow Flow Level 1 is on is a bit more gentle than the Slow Flow Level 1|2.
Level 1 : Basic Vinyasa Flow
Brand new to yoga?! This is the class for you! In this supportive environment beginners will
learn the foundations of a vinyasa yoga practice. Students will begin to build their practice by
developing strength, stamina, and flexibility. Guided by one of our experienced teachers, begin
to learn the basic principles of alignment with detailed instruction and demonstration. Enjoy a
simple flow, without judgement, connecting mind, body, and spirit. This class is fitting for all
students, including beginners or anyone looking to get back into their yoga practice.
Level 1: Movement and Meditation
Gentle asana with a guided meditation at the end. This all-levels practice will leave you feeling
more grounded, centered, and relaxed. A meditative class that uses bolsters, blankets, blocks
and chairs to organize the body in a way that calms your nervous system and relaxes your
entire being. Good for beginner students or students with limited mobility looking for a slow,
passive, deeply calming class.
Yin
Features long held mostly seated postures, working mainly with the lower parts of the body –
the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Yin focuses on stretching both the deep
connective tissues between the muscles, and the fascia throughout the body via a passive and
mindful practice.
